Psychotherapy and Counselling
Tony Wragg UKCP Reg., MBACP

We choose to see a psychotherapist or counsellor when how we feel or what we do stops us fully enjoying our life, our relationships or our work.

This is often as a result of

•  family problems                     •  change or loss of job            •  issues around sexuality
•  break up with a partner         •  change or loss of  health      •  lack of confidence
•  death of someone close       •  fertility problems                    •  stress or depression

Sometimes it is because we find it hard to make the changes we want to make

•  reducing need for alcohol/drugs

•  living more authentically
•  dealing with abusive relationships
•  improving our relationship with food.

•  living more healthily

It need not be because our life is unsatisfactory, but because we want to explore what it could be, and how we might better fulfil our potential.
